Up on a screen, some of the historians who have left their mark on the 20th century (such as Mona Ozouf, Emmanuel Le Roy Ladurie, Fernand Braudel and many more) will be telling us about their work. They will share their thoughts on their discipline, on the ways of history, on the march of time. They will also share what makes them hesitant, passionate, angry at times. On stage, Anne Verjus will watch and freely comment on these words that we rarely hear, found in the goldmine that is the sum of archival images from the national audiovisual Institute.
