Katrin Solhdju (Germany/Belgium), an historian and philospher of science, pursues research at the Center for Literary and Cultural Resesarch (Zfl). She is a member of the constructivist studies group at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a cofounder of Dingdingdong, an Institute for the Co-Production of Knowledge about Huntington’s Disease. She is particularly interested in the moment when the news of the diagnosis is announced, as it transforms on an existential level the life of those affected.
