BIOGRAPHY

Jean-Michel Salaün is a professor at ENS Lyon and the former director of the Ecole de bibliothéconomie et des sciences de l’information (School of library economy and information science) of the University of Montreal. In his most recent book, he suggests resituating the internet in a long history of documentary systems that have always been in tune with the knowledge economy of their era.
