Agrégée in public law, Anne Levade teaches constitutional law and the law of fundamental freedoms at the University of Paris-Est Créteil and is president of the French Constitutional Law Association. As president of the High Commission of the Les Républicains party, she has worked, in particular, on changes to the ability of the French president to be subject to criminal law and on the constitutional reform of 2008, and resolved the problem of the results of the party’s presidential election.
