BIOGRAPHIE

Bernard Lahire is a sociologist. A former member of the Institut Universitaire de France, he teaches at the Ecole normale supérieure of Lyon. Collection director at the publisher La Découverte, he is also a member of the international scientific committees and editorial boards of journals such as Journal of Cultural Economy (United Kingdom). In 2012 he received a silver medal from the national research service (CNRS).
