BIOGRAPHY

Mireille Delmas-Marty, a member of the Institut universitaire de France and agrégée in private law, criminal law and criminology, teaches in several French and foreign universities. She has been an expert adviser on numerous national, European and international projects, and was named to the chair of “Comparative legal studies and internationalization of law” at the Collège de France in 2002. In Libertés et sûreté dans un monde dangereux (Seuil, 2010), she analyzes the new challenges posed by security.
