What is the place left for the dead in our lifes, at a time when we try to hide death behind scientific rationalities and always more ascepticised rituals ? By ways of anthropology, philosophy and psychology we look into antique and ancestral cults, ghost mythology or the place of the dead in our memories and the mechanisms of grief. What is at stake here is our relation with life, death and more broadly loss and how we cope with it.
