Jean-Noël Orengo cofounded the online literary magazine D-Fiction. He is the author of many critical and creative texts, as well as the co-author of the Dictionnaire La Poste des Métiers et des Fictions (with Caroline Hoctan, Éditions D-Fiction, 2013). La Fleur du capital, his first novel, is a baroque and polyphonic work structured like a vast stage where five voices are interwoven, leading us to Pattaya, in Thailand, the world capital of prostitution. From an obsessed architect to a ladyboy and a fetishistic author, this book plunges us into the meanders of human desire. Through powerfully creative language, sharp and hypnotic, Jean-Noël Orengo delves into the multiple strata of these tangled fates.
