La Grèce de Petros Markaris, Ersi Sotiropoulos et Christos Chryssopoulos

This documentary examines Greek and European identity through the words, works, memories, and ramblings of three of the greatest contemporary Greek writers, Petros Markaris, Ersi Sotiropoulos and Christos Chryssopoulos. From different generations and worlds, these authors each tell the story of their Greece : the Greece of the past, marked by historical and political turmoil ; the Greece of the present, which is disappearing little by little into the daily chaos of Athens, one of the most agitated cities on the continent; and the Greece of the future, which has yet to be invented. Our writers make us feel how urgently they want their writing to bring together this country that can be a disjointed, uncertain, changing landscape.
